Our mission is to provide elite-level volleyball training and competition while cultivating a culture that values faith, family and life-balance. We believe athletes reach their fullest potential when they are encouraged to pursue excellence in sport without compromising their walk with the Lord or their commitment to family and other passions.

Welcome to Northeast Velocity Volleyball, a dream many years in the making! Our vision is to create something truly meaningful, grounded in the belief that young athletes CAN thrive in competitive sports while prioritizing their values, exercising their faith, and contributing to their families.

As a mom to three competitive athletes, I’ve navigated the challenges of balancing sports with family and church priorities. It prompted me to take inventory of our experiences and recognize how often our efforts didn’t align with our most important goals and ambitions. Ultimately, it was time to make a meaningful change in our approach to competitive volleyball, and Northeast Velocity was birthed!

It is a priority here at  VELO  to nurture well-rounded athletes who not only excel on the court but are also encouraged to uphold their values and honor the Lord in everything they do.

It’s been a blessing and a privilege to minister to our young athletes through volleyball!

Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time in gyms. I absolutely love the game of volleyball and have seen how much individual and collective growth can happen through it. I’ve watched girls gain confidence, learn how to lead, and discover how to bounce back from adversity.

I know coaching is both a responsibility and a privilege. Volleyball is a great way to teach discipline, teamwork, confidence, and so much more.

I enjoy creating an environment where athletes feel known and supported, while also being challenged. My hope is that each girl leaves not only a better player, but a stronger teammate and young woman, shaped by truth and grace, with character that carries far beyond the court. - Brook
